Terms &
Conditions.

Last updated: 18 September 2026  ·  Effective immediately

By using Career Pilot India's services — whether in person, via our website, or through a counsellor — you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

  • "CPI" means Career Pilot India, its directors, officers, employees, counsellors and authorised representatives.
  • "Candidate" means any individual who registers with CPI to seek overseas employment placement services.
  • "Partner" means a Counsellor or Business Associate registered under CPI's partner program.
  • "Services" means all job placement, visa assistance, documentation, counselling, pre-departure briefing and related services provided by CPI.
  • "Employer" means any company, hospital, organisation or individual abroad that has a verified job opening listed through CPI.
  • "Visa" means any work visa, work permit, employment authorisation or equivalent document required to work in a destination country.

2. Our Services

CPI provides the following services to candidates and partners:

  • Matching candidates to verified overseas job openings based on qualifications, experience and preference
  • Facilitating employer interviews, including scheduling and preparation guidance
  • Assisting with work visa and work permit applications for the destination country
  • Document preparation, attestation coordination and embassy submission support
  • Pre-departure briefings covering accommodation, banking, transport and cultural orientation
  • Post-arrival check-ins for the first 90 days at destination

CPI does not guarantee employment, visa approval or specific salary outcomes. We are a facilitation and advisory service only. Final hiring decisions rest with employers and visa decisions rest with the relevant government authorities.

3. Eligibility

To use CPI's services, candidates must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Hold valid travel documents including a passport with at least 12 months validity at time of application
  • Possess genuine qualifications and work experience as represented to CPI and to employers
  • Not have any criminal record that would disqualify them from receiving a work visa in the destination country
  • Be physically and medically fit to undertake overseas employment

CPI reserves the right to refuse service to any candidate who provides false, misleading or fraudulent information.

4. Candidate Obligations

By engaging CPI's services, the candidate agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete and truthful information at all times
  • Submit required documents promptly when requested by CPI or the employer
  • Attend all scheduled interviews and employer calls as arranged by CPI
  • Notify CPI immediately of any change in circumstances, health condition or travel document status
  • Not approach employers directly after being introduced by CPI, bypassing CPI's role in the placement
  • Treat all CPI counsellors, staff and employer contacts with respect and professionalism
  • Comply with all laws, regulations and employer requirements in the destination country

5. Fees & Payment Terms

Payment after visa. CPI's standard model charges the candidate's service fee only after the work visa has been approved and the travel date is confirmed. No service fee is payable before visa approval.

Fee components. The CPI service fee covers counselling, employer matching, interview preparation, visa application support, document assistance and pre-departure briefing. Fees are communicated transparently in writing before any engagement.

Third-party costs. Government visa fees, medical examination fees, police clearance certificate fees, document attestation charges and travel costs are not included in the CPI service fee and are borne by the candidate.

Fee payment. Fees must be paid by the candidate or their designated family member via bank transfer, UPI or other approved payment method. Cash payments are not accepted and do not constitute valid payment.

No freelancer payments. Payments must only be made to official CPI bank accounts. CPI accepts no liability for payments made to individual counsellors, agents or any third party outside the official CPI banking channels.

6. Visa & Immigration

CPI provides visa application support and guidance. However:

  • CPI does not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the immigration authorities of the destination country.
  • If a visa is refused despite the candidate meeting all stated requirements, CPI will review the case and, where appropriate, reapply or explore alternative pathways at no additional service charge.
  • Visa refusals arising from the candidate's provision of false information, undisclosed criminal history or failure to attend required appointments are not eligible for fee refund.
  • CPI is not responsible for changes in immigration policy, government processing delays, embassy closures or any act of a foreign government.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPI's total liability to any candidate arising from or in connection with the provision of services shall not exceed the total service fee paid by that candidate to CPI.

CPI shall not be liable for: loss of income, loss of employment, damage to reputation, personal injury abroad, acts of employers, immigration authority decisions, force majeure events, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms limits CPI's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the CPI website, including text, images, logos, training materials and job listings, is the property of Career Pilot India. No content may be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written consent from CPI.

9. Termination

CPI reserves the right to terminate services immediately and without refund if a candidate:

  • Provides false or fraudulent information
  • Engages in abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards CPI staff or employers
  • Approaches the employer directly in a manner that bypasses or undermines CPI's role
  • Refuses to comply with visa, medical or documentation requirements after confirmation

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

CPI endeavours to resolve all disputes amicably. Candidates are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
